Tuning In - Blog

  • I am currently writing a monthly blog post for the Goethe Institut New Zealand about my work and life in Wellington. Click here to read the posts.

  • I created Urbansoundspace as part of my PhD research. It served as a personal research diary, a way of digitally mapping my thoughts, experiences, ideas and feelings during the fieldwork in Wellington and Copenhagen.

  • 'Sensing the City - Mapping the Beat' was part of the International Visual Association Conference in Montreal in June 2017. The exhibition was based on photographs taken by fourty musicians from Wellington and Copenhagen who participated in my research. The images were shown as two digital slideshows (one for each city) and were accompanied by the respective soundscape, which created a particular ambience and atmosphere.

From Mix-tape to Spotify)" by Potor, Marinela, Netzpiloten Magazin 2015. I was interviewed for an article on the digitalization of music and the compilation of playlists.
